PROJECT APPROVALS TEAMS

LEE Group stresses the importance of public/private partnerships while working closely with local communities to build sustainable and revitalizing projects that fit within their environment. We believe soliciting all stakeholders with early and earnest outreach is the best way to secure project approvals. Local outreach and an informative narrative give each project a reason for approval that benefits the end user. Our successful entitlement work ranges from subdivision approvals in Farmington, UT for tract housing to a General Plan Amendment in Salt Lake City, with a robust resume of adaptive reuse and commercial properties for multifamily housing in Utah.

DEVELOPMENT DESIGN COORDINATION

Throughout each stage of design and planning, LEE Group is involved with everything from the first unit layout to the issuance of the building permit. Following our detailed and extensive Due Diligence, LEE Group hires and oversees a hand selected design team that work closely with one-another to complete a drawing package ready for construction. Our firms close relationship with the General Contractor and other seasoned subcontractors enables LEE Group to refine an aesthetically pleasing design in the most cost effective way possible that in turn benefits the overall performance and financial return of the asset.  Our architecture and design partners include : MJSA, Elevate, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, BNA and JZW.
Our Process

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

LEE Group understands the value between construction and an open relationship with the general contractor to complete a project as efficiently as possible. Beginning with the selection and retention of a project design team, LEE Group will shepherd a project through the design process, construction and turnover. LEE Group has accumulated a deep pool of consultants, vendors and contractors with whom we have long term relationships. The result of this track record of performance is the ability to quickly assemble a seasoned project team and implement a wide variety of project types on time and on budget.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

The Management team at Lima Echo shares site management with contracted management groups.  For hospitality management we have partnered with Aimbridge Hospitality.  For Multi-family we have partnered with Common.  For affordable housing we are partnered with Utah Non-profit housing corporation.  Our management and operational partners are led by principals who are deeply involved in every facet of a venture.

Our  Lima Echo Echo inhouse management team handles retail, studio and office leasing. Here, everyone knows a lot about everything. Each individual team member offers an expansive skill set from tenant improvements to asset management advisory services; the ability to respond swiftly to any issue thanks to being on the ground; and a zealous focus on taking the right action, not the easiest, to preserve assets and create value.
