Built in 1887, The Guthrie is one of the oldest standing buildings in Salt Lake City. This nationally recognized and registered historic structure consists of 2 buildings totaling 16,000 sq ft centrally located in downtown Salt Lake City. The Guthrie architecture incorporates charming, old-world details with new world aesthetics in a three story structure.
The Guthrie building is located in Salt Lake’s central business district with a D1 zoning. It is home to two of Salt Lake City’s staple retailers, Fice Boutique and Este Pizza. The above studio lofts consist of over 30 studio artists driving art and culture at the forefront of Downtown Salt Lake City. Guthrie building was designed to accommodate a working art community and high-traffic retail locations.
