Stringfellow site was an underutilized warehouse when acquired.  Our repositioning team redesigned the space to house office, and commercial studio tenants in the creative art community.  Housing some of Salt Lake’s most premier artist, this two story 11,000 sq ft buildings history dates back to the early 1900 when it was originally constructed as a hay barn for horses.  Old growth oak beamed structures supporting the weight of the hay can be seen inside this historic building. Today this building has been repurposed into 7 large studio units and a couple office units.
