The historic Red Lion Hotel is one of Salt Lake’s largest hotels with 394 keys, a convention center and 250,000 sqft of space.  Located on Salt Lake’s main 600 south corridor and the West Temple corridor this is Salt Lake’s most traveled freeway off-ramp.  The assembled asset totals 4.7 acres and includes a restaurant, bar, and corporate event space on the top floor.  The site is currently in master planning stages for repositioning of current structures along with ground up development both on the east and west parking lots.  Existing two towers will be split and renovated.  Tower 1 will be a renovated botique hotel with 216 units and a mix of long and short term hospitality.  Tower 2 will be repositioned to 200 multifamily units with hotel grade amenities.
