At the heart of one of the fastest growing districts in SLC, Downtown East, U Office buildings is surrounded by restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The location calls for a unique to SLC renovation that would attract and benefit tenants and the neighborhood. U office buildings were renovated with a blend of industrial old world craftsmanship, and modern details and comforts. Ceilings and walls were stripped to expose the old wood trusses, beams and brickwork. Oversized modern low-e storefront windows allowed for an inviting space. Modern dark wood flooring helped to bring together all the elements for a desirable retail or office space.
U Office B

Adjacent to Uber A, Uber B consisted of 4 dedicated spaces for commercial use. Renovated for creative office space, keeping true to the bones and materials of the original building. Ceilings were lifted to the beams to open up each of the spaces. New wood floors were installed, along with kitchens and new restroom renovations. Large windows and glass doors were installed for addition of natural light to enter the building. Uber B was the perfect site for office tenants who wanted to take advantage of downtown east neighborhood.
