Sugarhouse Retail

This retail center was acquired and renovated in 2007 following the development of adjacent multifamily and retail grown in Sugarhouse.  Additional mid block parcel was assembled followed by the purchase of the neighboring property to total .25 acres of land within this Sugarhouse neighborhood.  Following the completed acquisition a construction schedule for renovations was implemented bringing the property lease value to current Sugarhouse rates.   This site is now home to Iris Piercing Studio and Glass Hall Jewelry, property located at the intersection of Sugarhouse and Millcreek takes advantage of the neighborhoods busy frontage, and foot traffic due to its surrounding restaurants, retail, and nightlife.
